Happy New Year to you all! At ITR, 2017 was a year of both challenge and opportunity. It is important as a business leader to expect challenges. Without the tension challenges create, we can become stagnant and lose focus on growing our business. For ITR, our growth is dependent on keep our central focus on our customer. We strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering an excellent product through equipment sales, service, support and supplies.

The challenges ITR experienced last year paved the way to help us to more clearly see the opportunities in front of us. As a result, we expanded our markets, broaden our product offerings and grew our leadership team from within. A great example of an opportunity that expanded ITR’s capabilities is the Cobb Galleria Project. ITR was awarded the entire scope of the project dealing with over 2000 parking spaces within three parking structures. The project’s goal was to improve the visitor parking experience by adding additional customer convenience using multiple smartphone reservation and payment options. ITR has acted as Prime Contractor for all civil and electrical work, and the PARCS Solution. In addition, ITR expanded its operations into South Carolina.

By embracing and anticipating change, ITR enhanced its ability to serve our customers as an innovative Value Added Reseller (VAR). This translates down to blending multiple complimentary products and services to our constantly expanding suite of parking solutions. In addition to Parking Access and Revenue Products, ITR has added Perimeter and Building Access Controls, High Speed Industrial Overhead Door products, and Wayfinding and Space Counting solutions.
As we enter 2018, I encourage you to let challenges become your motivation to find better, more innovative solutions.
